Each CarLux Hamper for customers includes a sleek magnetic gift box with 5 essential car-related items:

  • Plus, a personalized note for that special touch.

2. Can I add extra gifts?
Yes, absolutely! When placing your order, you’ll have the option to select from a variety of add-ons such as:

  • Premium car care kits

  • Branded merchandise

  • Personalized items (e.g., name-engraved key chains).
    These can easily be added during checkout to create a truly unique hamper.

3. How long does delivery take?
We aim to deliver within 3-5 working days for UK orders. Once your hamper is shipped, we’ll send you tracking details via email. For any urgent requests, please get in touch, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

1. How does the subscription work?
Our subscription model simplifies the gifting process for dealerships:

  • Select a plan based on the number of hampers you need monthly.

  • We handle the customization, packing, and delivery. Hampers can be sent to your dealership or directly to your customers.

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, with discounted rates for annual plans.

2. Can I customize hampers with my dealership’s logo?
Yes! We offer full customization options for dealerships, allowing you to:

  • Add your dealership’s logo to the hamper box.

  • Include branded materials (e.g., brochures or keychains).

  • Personalize messages for your customers.
    These customizations help your hampers align with your brand identity and elevate the customer experience.

3. What’s the cancellation policy?
Dealership subscriptions can be canceled anytime with a 30-day notice. For annual plans, we’ll refund unused months if you cancel within the first 6 months of the plan. For more details, reach out to our support team.


General

1. Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment, we only ship within the UK. However, we’re working on expanding our shipping options and will notify customers once international delivery is available.

2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience:
